When it comes to supplying you with an estimate and getting the job done, Boulder Creek Custom Homes follows a streamlined process that allows us to take care of your new roof quickly and without any confusion.

1.     We first do an assessment with you by phone.

2.     Next, we take a satellite image of your home and use it to measure for materials.

3.     Now we come to you for an on-site inspection and to talk over details.

4.     In the case of an insurance claim, we work with your insurance company.

5.     Before we start the job, we provide you with a detailed contract.

6.     Our certified contractors work on your project within the timeline and budget parameters set for in your contract.

7.     Any questions, problems or concerns will be personally handled by Grant.
